Thank you for choosing Pamela Moss. In order to ensure that your appointment runs as smoothly as possible please read the following information prior to your arrival.
Making Your Appointment
To obtain your preferred appointment day and time, we ask that you book well in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule, however, in instances where we cannot, we can add you to our priority list, which is checked daily if cancellations occur.
All treatments at the clinic are by appointment only. To make an appointment please call us on 01420 550164 or email email@example.com.
When you arrive we may be in a treatment with another client. We kindly ask that you make yourself comfortable in our waiting area and we will be with you as soon as possible.
If you are a new client to Pamela Moss we ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment as you will be asked to complete a medical history form.
At Pamela Moss we understand that your time is valuable and so too are our appointments. If you are running late please contact us to let us know so that we can do all that we can to accommodate this where possible. Unfortunately, a delay of more than 10 minutes means we cannot hold the appointment for you so it will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event of a non arrival or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice we reserve the right to charge the full and current rate of your treatment. If your appointment is a complimentary consultation, this will be forfeited and any future consultations will be charged at the full and current rate.
