Information

Join me for this candlelit restorative yoga class, the perfect way to wind down your week and restore balance to mind, body and soul. 

We begin with a gentle and delicious slow flow followed by resting in restorative poses where the body is fully supported, allowing the muscles to gently release and stretch promoting deep relaxation and rest. We end with a soothing guided relaxation to leave you feeling light and fully rested. 

This soothing time will leave you feeling restored, reset and refocussed.  

All props and mats are provided.
