My private classes are designed to give you exactly that, the opportunity to get the individual support and a tailored approach towards utilising meditation to achieve your wellbeing goals.  

It may be that you would like to explore mindfulness to help you de-stress and relax, or you may have a specific goal you would like support with over the longer term. Whatever your reasons are, with my private coaching you will get a more personal approach, can go at your own pace, and have the time and space to ask any questions you might have.

The level of support and encouragement with private coaching can be transformative; whether you are looking to find time for relaxation, reduce stress and overwhelm, or elevate your wellbeing, together we will focus individually on your needs and goals to create sessions that are both fun and supportive for you.
